With standard unit sizes at 320sqm and 2 penthouses over 1,000sqm, Platinum’s design and finishes were superior. The residential building achieved sale prices of over $3.8 million.
State of the art features included integrated electronics through a remote keypad system which controls lighting, entertainment, temperature and a security system utilising video imaging.
The residential side of the building was supported by an adjacent three level commercial and retail building that provided an attractive entry statement at street level.
Challenges with a basement constructed adjacent and below the river level required considerable thought to the design of waterproofing and uplift pressures.
