RCQ were engaged to undertake the conversion of a former restaurant into high quality commercial offices, forming the entry statement to the Vincent Village suburban shopping centre in the heart of Townsville.
Commencing with significant amendment to the existing structure, RCQ installed new shopfront glazing, commercial ducted air-conditioning, a suspended grid ceiling, lighting and floor coverings.
New amenities, fascia signage and painting completed the works on time and within budget.
