Affina

Affina is the fourth and final stage of Stocklands Mainwaring Collection in Brightwater. The townhouses are exclusively designed by acclaimed architects, John Mainwaring & Garth Hollindale of HMA Architecture and follow on from previous projects Lux, Aquiv and Essen all constructed by RCQ Construction for Stockland.

The project comprises 36 three and four bedroom townhouses that are creatively designed to embrace a flexible and functional layout with 2.7m high ceilings. With finishes including reconstituted stone bench tops, European stainless steel appliances, solar hot water system and air conditioning; these townhouses offer sophisticated waterfront living.

The project features lightweight construction and unpretentious materials that respond to climate and place.

Other features include a communal lakeside BBQ area. Waterfront townhouses have direct access via their private courtyards to the lake pathway.
