Locale Townhomes are located right in the heart of Maroochydore. The development comprises 40 spacious 2 and 3 bedroom contemporary townhomes – many with water frontage. The project consists of seven (7) blocks of two and three bedroom units. The two bedroom units include a multipurpose lounge and study area with powder room, bathroom and ensuite.
