The first project to be approved under Townsville City Council’s Priority Development Area (PDA) saw a fast tracked planning approval process achieving Development Approval in 9 Days.

Purpose built to house 150 new students, RCQ Construction was up to the challenge to design and build a 3 storey education building including fitout in less than 6 months for first semester placements.

This is a state of the art education facility with specific institutional design briefs for teaching and office spaces, library and multi-purpose spaces, computer rooms, training facilities, student breakout zones and full audio visual and data integration throughout the campus and networking links to other campuses throughout Australia.
