ONE THE ESPLANADE COTTON TREE COMPRISES 19 LUXURY APARTMENTS PLUS ONE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT, POOL, COMMUNAL BBQ AREA AND GYM FACILITIES DESIGNED BY LOCAL ARCHITECT FRANK RAADSCHELDERS.

The project comprises two levels of basement car parking and an eight-storey residential building.
