THIS BUILDING COMPRISES APPROXIMATELY 3,000SQM OF A-GRADE FUNCTIONAL AND EFFICIENT COMMERCIAL OFFICE ACCOMMODATION OVER THREE LEVELS AND IS THE COMMERCIAL ANCHOR OF THE PRECINCT.

The welcoming lobby space is enhanced by a 3 storey atrium which is positioned at the intersection of the Ceremonial Avenue and Flinders Street View Corridor and is accessed from a generous entry offered by a two storey outdoor room. Large, functional and efficient floor plates are designed for maximum flexibility to configure the space to meet tenant requirements and optimal access to natural daylight and views.

In addition to offering convenient access for pedestrians, cyclists and on-street car parking throughout the Central Precinct, the building incorporates secure vehicle bays and bike racks as well as shower and change facilities for occupants.

The project was originally tendered from a concept design and through extensive value engineering and design management; we were able to meet the client’s budget and tenants expectations. With a very short contract period of 26 weeks, RCQ Construction delivered on time whilst also incorporating integrated fit out services for third party tenants.
