Lumina Residences, Settlers Cove

Lumina Residences is the fourth stage of the award winning luxurious Settlers Cove development constructed by RCQ. Comprising 22 opulent residences privately positioned within the exclusive Settlers Cove enclave in Noosa.

The apartments offer contemporary 5 star living with customised cabinetry, porcelain floor tiles, lofty ceilings and high end fixtures and finishes. There is extensive use of glass sliders to maximize the indoor / outdoor connection to the sweeping terraces.

In addition to the apartments the development includes a fully gated perimeter with video intercom control and security cameras; automated lighting control; a heated 25m infinity pool and outdoor spa; fully equipped gymnasium; and covered entertaining area with built in bar and BBQ.

The project is due for completion in November 2020.
